We are Kamesha and Denise, co-hosts of the Wisdom in Bloom
podcast. We share a special bond that spans over 15 years of
friendship, empowerment, and growth. As former colleagues and
prior members of various empowerment communities, we have
always uplifted one another and inspired the women around us.
Now, through our podcast, we are bringing decades of
knowledge, life experiences, and passion for helping others to a
broader audience. Together, we are creating a space to learn
